kINGSWEAR pARISH COUNCIL nEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
Neighbourhood planning is a right for communities introduced through the Localism Act 2011. Communities can shape development in their areas through the production of Neighbourhood Development Plans, Neighbourhood Development Orders and Community Right to Build Orders.
The last Open Sessions to see the Kingswear Neighbourhood Plan and ask any questions will be held at Kingswear Lower Village hall on Monday the 14th October 2019 between 5pm and 7pm
OR at the bus located in Hillhead Park, Hillhead on Saturday 19th October 2019 between 2pm and 4pm.
The Kingswear Parish Neighbourhood Plan Group have now produced a draft plan based on the views and feedback given to them by residents. The draft Kingswear Neighbourhood Plan can be viewed here:
