​CASUAL VACANCIES
  ​
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a vacancy exists in the office of Parish Councillor for the
Kingswear Ward  and a vacancy exists in the Hillhead Ward of the Kingswear Parish Council.
 
Unless ten or more electors of both the Kingswear Ward and the Hillhead Ward on or before the Monday 17th March 2025,
submit a request in writing for an election to be held, the Parish Council will take steps to fill the vacancy by co-option.
 
Requests must be sent to the Returning Officer, South Hams District Council,
​ Follaton House, Plymouth Road, Totnes, TQ9 5NE.

To:   THE OWNER OF A TRAILER ON JUBILEE PARK, KINGSWEAR

not displaying a valid Kingswear Parish Council permit and therefore must be removed as soon as possible.
 
 This trailer has been formally identified as being abandoned and will be removed within 4 weeks.
 
The Council will then either sell, scrap or otherwise remove the abandoned boat, ​as they see fit and appropriate.
