KINGSWEAR NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN
The residents of Kingswear have given overwhelming support to their Neighbourhood Plan. 86.76% of people who voted supported the plan. The referendum held on the 6th May 2021 results were 398 YES votes 61 NO votes. This means the plan will go to SHDC on the 20th of May 2021 be ‘made’ and adopted into their local plan and used in making planning decisions within the Parish.
The plan period lasts until 2034 and is the culmination of five years of work. The steering group would like to thank all residents who have participated in this process and who voted in the referendum.
